2 ripe avocados
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- A handful of coriander leaves – chopped (optional for those coriander haters!)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Red Devil Cayenne Chilli Powder
- ½ cup Red Devil Sweet Pickled Jalapenos – roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper
The Magic
- Mash avocados in a bowl, add garlic, lime juice, olive oil, chilli powder and coriander (if using).
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix well, add the pickles and combine. You can garnish with a few rings of pickles if you wish.
