The bread and butter of our operation – the humble chilli.

Our cayennes come in kilo bags – available in red, green, or mixed. The red chillis are slightly hotter than the green, but both are medium heat. We normally add 1 red to a curry for a beautifully moderate heat.

Please note that the prices for fresh chillies are seasonal and will change throughout the year – we apologise for this, but it is the nature of our products!

Shipping Info

Please note that we only ship our fresh produce out Monday – Wednesday to make sure it reaches its destination before the weekend and doesn't sit in a hot courier van for days!

Heat Level

At this point in the season they are a medium heat. They will continue to get hotter throughout summer.

How To Store

Keep in the chiller drawer of your fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze them in a ziplock bag for up to 6 months – they can be cut up straight from frozen, or simply leave them on the bench for an hour or so to defrost.
