We've got a bonza crop this year, so stock up now while there's still plenty! They freeze really well, so you don't need to panic about getting through a kg in a couple of weeks.
We love using our jalapeños sliced up as a garnish, diced and added to curries and stir-fries, or the undisputed family favourite – sliced in half and filled with cream cheese (mixed with our Manuka Smoked Chipotle) and panko crumbs for the best jalapeño poppers ever.
In terms of heat, they're about a medium at the moment. However, as the summer progresses and the plants are subjected to more heat they will continue to get even hotter. We'll update this page as they progress and warn you if you might have your head blown off!
The jalapeños come in kilo bags – available only in green at the moment.
