It's become very commonplace that chilli powder has a lot of other stuff in it besides ground chillis. Spices and seasonings like cumin, oregano, and salt often find their way into the mix. Read the label and know what you're getting – our contains ground birds eye chillis, and nothing else.

How To Store

Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. We don't use any anti-caking agents, so if the powder starts to clump just give it a stir with the end of a teaspoon.
