We grow, pick, dry, and hand crush our cayenne chillies ourselves, for perfect chunky flakes that go with everything. They contain both the flesh and seeds from the chillies, so they can be used instead of chilli powder or as a seasoning or garnish (or in addition to it if you're feeling brave).
